Includes professional and qualified guidance with all of the funeral arrangements. Attendance in office or at requested address for arrangement interview and completion of all necessary forms and paperwork. Attending to and completing all of client instructions including ordering of goods and arranging all necessary contractors. 24 hour professional guidance up to and on day of funeral and afterwards. Receiving, listing and forwarding of charitable donations.
Collection Of Deceased
Includes provision of necessary vehicle, equipment and staff (within 25 mile radius of Dover, during 9-5pm weekdays)
Out of hours collections (within 25 mile radius, including Bank Holidays)
Additional mileage @ £1 per mile

Payment Terms: Disbursement Costs or 50% of the total estimate (whichever is greater) to be paid before the funeral and final settlement within 28 days of the funeral. Cash, cheques, bacs, debit or credit cards accepted nb variable surcharge for all credit card payments
Help from the DWP Social Fund may be available for relatives who are receiving a qualifying benefit. Please see here or visit your nearest Jobcenter for help and a claim form. Please note that a Social fund payment will NOT usually pay for the entire funeral and can take several months to process. Disbursement costs still need to be paid before the funeral date and settlement of the final invoice within 28 days of the funeral. If a payment is later awarded from the Social Fund then any difference will be refunded to you.
